In 2020, in order to meet the growing demand from our clients, Mark Whiteley & Associates acquired S. Oliver & Associates, a pipeline surveying company in Baytown, to form one of the largest industrial surveying and mapping business along the Gulf Coast. The resulting company, Whiteley Infrastructure Group is trusted by some of the biggest infrastructure owners and operators in the world. From energy infrastructure to public utilities and municipal distribution systems, our clients trust us to locate, mark and manage their assets with accuracy and integrity.
